Project Manager in Metal Construction / Façade Construction, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You take over project management of exciting façade projects, from the sold order to handover
• You are responsible for schedule, cost and quality control
• You also ensure smooth interaction between design and material selection as well as workshop, transport and assembly processes in cooperation with various partners
• Furthermore, you are responsible for negotiating with suppliers, monitoring ongoing contracts and preparing supplementary offers
• Building acceptance and preparation of the final invoice complete your area of responsibility
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a metalworker, metal construction technician or comparable (m/f/d)
• You also bring experience in project management or have completed further training in project management, are in training for it, or are willing to complete such training
• A confident manner with people and good organisational skills are among your strengths
• Do you also consider yourself entrepreneurial and solution-oriented?
