Programmer and Supervisor AFI 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You create, maintain, and optimize test programs (AFI) according to standards and customer requirements

• You regularly check the programs for intermediate and final inspections to ensure their up-to-dateness

• You document all changes traceably and ensure seamless traceability

• You check the work of operators at the verification stations and provide feedback for improvement

• You support the training of new operators in close cooperation with the process engineer and supervisor

• You maintain and clean the test equipment and work closely with production and engineering to optimize processes

Your Profile

• You have a technical basic education (e.g., electronics technician, polymechanic, technical draftsman, computer scientist, or similar) – further education HF/TS is an advantage

• You bring 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in quality assurance or the electronics industry

• You work very independently, proactively, and structured – with a high quality standard

• You have experience handling CAD data and possess good abstract and analytical thinking skills

• You communicate clearly, have good English skills, and high social competence in a multicultural environment

• You recognize optimization potentials and implement improvements both organizationally and methodically
