YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- System integration of communication and information systems in Stadler vehicles, taking into account customer, standard, and legal requirements
- Preparation of engineering/production documents such as electrical diagrams and system drawings
- Support of Stadler production, commissioning, and type tests
- Responsible for controlling the specification-compliant implementation by the system supplier regarding hardware, software, and ordered services
- Supervision and participation in software tests of suppliers as well as ensuring contractually and timely delivery
- Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and approval authorities in an international environment
- Technical supplementation of the specialist group in the areas of software architecture, communication technology, industrial electronics development, or testing
- Further development of project-independent and market-oriented solution modules in cooperation with electrical engineering, design, and product management
- Interdisciplinary coordination with other departments such as electrical and software engineering, installation planning, purchasing, fire protection, or approval
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed university degree as an industrial, electrical, software engineer, or information technician or equivalent
- Experience as a project manager is an advantage
- Several years of experience in the field of networked communication systems in transport or in the development of industrial electronics
- High technical affinity and interest in dealing with different technologies and IT systems
- Excellent communicator with people from different professional backgrounds inside and outside the company
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Strong team spirit
- Structured and independent working and thinking style
- Willingness to travel internationally
