The Business Unit East in Zurich currently consists of about 60 employees and serves the Baden, Zug, Zurich, and Eastern Switzerland areas.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded personality (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement, who will successfully drive the planned growth together with the existing team:
Contract Support 100% for the Business Unit East Switzerland, Zurich

Your tasks:
- Ensuring correct and timely invoicing including checking, approval, and reconciliation of customer and supplier invoices.
- Preparation and review of business management evaluations and reports such as profit and loss statements, work in progress, open receivables, liabilities, and other management reports.
- Support in monthly contract and business unit reviews as well as preparation of relevant documents and key figures for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintenance and development of customer relationships through close cooperation with customers, understanding their needs, and proactive support in commercial and operational matters.
- Monitoring of open receivables and outstanding amounts as well as regular reconciliation with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient receivables management.
- Identification and implementation of optimization measures to improve processes, system efficiency, and economic performance of the contract.
- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements throughout the contract and contract support environment.
- Management of administrative and system-supported processes such as ordering, booking journals, KPI management, and support as ERP system champion.
- Responsibility for efficient support and helpdesk processes as well as participation in the further development of existing IT systems and support structures.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Team player, customer-oriented, respectful interaction, and result-oriented
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Independent, well-structured, and reliable working style
- Good PC user skills
