Working hours: Monday to Friday (usual office hours)
Your main tasks:
- Scanning, digital delivery, and archiving of daily incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
- Sorting, recording, and distributing registered mail and packages
- Managing customer orders in the area of scanning and archiving with appropriate documentation, tracking, and monitoring
- Visiting various physical archives throughout Switzerland and monitoring archive destruction at external locations
- Maintaining the internal database and updating lists and documentation
- Handling customer concerns both personally and using the internal ticket system in a hub function between suppliers, customers, and other locations
- Various administrative tasks in the back office
Your profile:
- Commercial or comparable training or several years of experience in a similar position in the service sector
- Business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Proficient use of MS Office and willingness to familiarize yourself with specific applications for mail processing and archiving
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Structured, careful, and efficient working style
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking, high independence, and strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and willingness to provide cover within the team
