You will primarily work in room cleaning and laundry during the three-year apprenticeship. Additionally, you will be assigned to service for several months, where you will work in our main restaurant and in the à la carte restaurant Pilatus. A three-month assignment at the reception is also part of the training. In the third year of training, you will also be introduced to inventory management and ordering as well as the role of housekeeper.
You will often work on weekends, have shifts with and without room hours, and working hours usually until 4:30 PM, at most until 8:30 PM.
You will attend vocational school at the educational center in Interlaken. School days are offered in block courses.

- good sense of cleanliness and order
- enjoyment in dealing with older people
- very good German language skills
