The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the acute somatic care area under the nursing management of Ms Dragica Novakovic, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a qualified nurse HF or a health specialist (FaGe) for the float pool as a permanent night watch with a workload of 50-100%.
Your tasks
- Professional care and support of patients from various disciplines during the night
- Independent implementation of the nursing and treatment process in interdisciplinary collaboration
- You orient yourself according to the nursing and treatment concepts of the hospital network and also contribute your skills to the development of new standards
- Electronic documentation and planning of care
Your profile
- You are a qualified nurse, a registered nurse or you have successfully completed training as a health specialist EFZ
- Experience in applying the nursing process in different care situations
- Flexibility and willingness to work on various wards in the float pool
- Enjoy developing yourself in a company that promotes learning and where good collaboration is a central aspect of patient care
- A high level of professional, social, self and methodological competence characterises you
- You act confidently and constructively in an interdisciplinary context
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
