What is my role?

• Independent analysis and acquisition of potential extension projects

• Visiting and advising customers on site

• Expanding the customer network

• Creating and calculating general contractor offers for building extensions

• Technical clarifications in collaboration with specialists

• Leading the project team and specialist planners up to the general contractor offer

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training in the construction industry with appropriate further education (e.g. structural engineering, construction management or equivalent)

• Experience with customer contact and support in the construction or construction-related trades

• Knowledge in the calculation of general contractor projects is an advantage

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• Independent, goal-oriented and customer-focused working style
