Setup and operate CNC milling machine DMG Mori Seiki NVX5100.
Create programs using InventorCAM for parts manufacturing.

Skills

Completed vocational training as a mechanic or polymechanic required.
CAD/CAM programming knowledge is essential.
Fluent in German, both written and spoken.

Activities

Wire EDM (Type Fanuc Robocut C600iA, DCAM programming software)
Assembly of tools
Programming, setting up and operating the CNC milling machine (Type DMG Mori Seiki NVX5100, Fanuc control)
Creating programmes with InventorCAM
General individual parts manufacturing

Requirements

Completed apprenticeship as a mechanic, polymechanic or toolmaker
Experience in wire EDM is an advantage
Experience in CNC milling
Sound knowledge in programming using CAD/CAM systems
General PC skills
German language skills, spoken and written
Independent, reliable and precise working style even in hectic times
Willingness for flexible working hours (shift and on-call duties)
Identification with the activity
