You bring the following qualifications:
- Reception and telephone support - Completed basic commercial training - Management of meeting rooms and maintenance of coffee kitchens
- Experience in a comparable position - Organization of mail services
- Good user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Handling general correspondence and appointment coordination
- Very good communication skills in German, good English skills (spoken and written)
- Friendly, competent, and well-groomed appearance
