With a degree in IT Engineering – Information Technologies, you bring at least 5 years of Front-end development experience in an industrial environment (HMI, IoT, SCADA) and have a good level of English (C1).

As a Front-end Development Engineer at Auctae in Switzerland, you:

• develop new features and fix bugs on existing web applications used for machine control and supervision;
• design robust, high-performance user interfaces adapted for field use (operators, engineers, technicians)
• apply good software engineering practices (automated tests, documentation, code reviews, etc.)
• actively participate in development processes using agile methodology
• collaborate with international DevOps teams (developers, designers, industrial domain experts)
• take into account the specific constraints of industrial environments (reliability, performance, availability, ergonomics in real conditions)

Technical skills:

• Interest or experience in industrial, technical, or embedded systems environments
• Good understanding of issues related to critical interfaces (readability, responsiveness, accessibility – WCAG)
• Experience in automated testing
• Knowledge of Linux environments (shell scripting, packaging)
• Experience with Docker or containerization technologies
• UX/UI awareness, ideally in constrained contexts (operator screens, supervision, etc.)
