You actively contribute to the preparation of tenders, obtaining offers, the awarding process, as well as contract management. With your organization of the construction site process, scheduling coordination, and cost control, you ensure compliance with quality, deadlines, and budget.
What you bring:
- 5 years or more of professional experience in construction management.
- Familiar with common construction management tools. We work with MS-Project, Messerli, and ACC.
- Know-how in preparing tenders, schedules, and conducting cost control.
- With your winning manner, you communicate with a wide variety of professionals and have the opportunity to apply your entrepreneurial thinking in practice.
