We are looking for our retirement and nursing center immediately or by arrangement for a Certified Nursing Specialist 50-100% DN II/HF/FH/AKP

Our beautiful house, with a unique view, is located in Evilard. With the involvement of our 60 employees, we shape the home of our 46 residents. Your field of activity

• You are responsible for professional, resident-oriented care and nursing and ensure good care quality
• You accompany our trainees in collaboration with the person responsible for education
• You independently carry out nursing documentation and the nursing process, you lead case discussions
• You share responsibility for the BESA/RAI assessments
• You take on daily responsibility, lead small groups, and set the right priorities in daily work organization
• You participate in working groups, help organize internal short training sessions, and share responsibility for implementing innovations
