Support us with your expertise – your area of responsibility:
- Technical support for our customers and dealers by telephone
- Correspondence with customers, suppliers and the plants as well as independent handling of enquiries
- Planning and/or conducting training sessions
Contribute to our shared success – what you bring:
- Completed technical or craft training as well as an interest in further developing in the commercial field
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering
- Good spoken French skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of Hörmann products
- Good user skills in IT and MS Office desired
- Strong service mentality
- Enjoyment in contact with people
- Good communication skills
