Building Technician / Sanitary and Heating Installer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Planning and coordination of conversions and extensions in the HVAC sector in collaboration with external craftsmen and internal departments

• Maintenance and servicing of ventilation systems, compressed air networks, fire protection systems, wastewater and heat distribution as well as fuel and drinking water systems

• Management of stock levels and ensuring order in the workshop and warehouse

• Maintenance of system data in the IH tool as well as creation and updating of maintenance and inspection protocols

• Technical support for other locations and supervision of external service providers

• Carrying out SVTI inspections and testing of safety valves, ladders and fall protection

• Advantageous: support in the training of apprentices in the building services sector

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ or comparable qualification in the TGM/HVAC field

• Several years of professional experience in maintenance and project work on HVAC systems, ideally in an industrial environment

• All-rounder qualities with a hands-on mentality

• Knowledge of safety regulations as well as confident handling of master data tools and office applications

• Driving licence category B required, forklift and aerial work platform certificates advantageous or willingness to train

• Enjoyment in training apprentices and willingness to participate in winter service on-call duty desired
