SOCIAL EDUCATORS FOR OUR EARLY CHILDHOOD DEPARTMENT
Your mission
- Take daily care of children aged 0 to 6 years by providing comfort, soothing and gentleness to positively support their emotional development
- Ensure their physical and psychological safety as well as their health by constantly creating a stimulating and age-appropriate atmosphere
- Design, develop and implement, in collaboration with the educational team and the home manager, activities favourable to their cognitive, emotional, social and physical development
- Welcome and support parents in their parental role with a child-centred approach
- Participate in the safety of our reception centres and offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and teams
- Collaborate intensively with network partners, particularly placement services and courts, and create new partnerships
- Support and supervise the activities of interns and students.

Your profile
- Qualification as a childhood educator HES, ES, psychologist, early childhood nurse or equivalent recognised title
- For foreign qualifications, SEFRI recognition
- Confirmed professional experience of at least 10 years with young children in residential care, open environment or specialised prevention and in supporting families in difficulty
- Ability to understand and manage complex situations, resolve conflicts and negotiate
- Empathetic approach and sensitivity to child protection
- Collaborative personality appreciating teamwork and fostering entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience with dissociative disorders, risk behaviours, self-harming behaviours, etc.
- Ability to develop reflective practice
- Availability for irregular hours during day, night and weekends
- Driving licence mandatory
