The "Retail" division includes over 200 chocolate shops spread across 21 countries. We offer our chocolate specialties there and invite our customers to constantly rediscover the pleasure of fresh chocolate.
You have the opportunity to complete a multi-year EFZ training in retail in one of our chocolate shops in Switzerland. You will learn to advise customers professionally, decorate windows and shelves, and organize various work processes. We will familiarize you with hygiene regulations, food legislation, and the ordering system.
