You can look forward to these tasks
- Recording new articles / suppliers in SAP
- Initiating article and price changes
- Clarification, initiation, and correction of invoice control discrepancies
- Contact person for sales outlets, regional sales managers, and the branch accounting team
- Supporting the team leader in building the team
We look forward to this profile
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good French skills are an advantage
- Independent and very precise way of working
- Good communication skills and social competence
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Enjoy participating in and developing a new area within the company
