Technical Customer Advisor Internal Sales 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking to strengthen the technical internal sales team with an independent personality as a Technical Sales Advisor. Your main tasks include:

• Technical advice to customers - in person, by phone or by e-mail

• Technical development and preparation of offers

• Technical sales support for the field service

• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships

• Maintenance of technical data in the ERP system

• Conducting product training for employees and customers

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training with further education (e.g. technician HF, technical merchant) or a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar

• Ideally with professional experience

• Enjoyment of customer contact and technical advice

• Structured and independent working style
