MEASUREMENT SPECIALIST - on site

• Define measurement methods
• Define appropriate measurement setups
• Ensure the integration of measurement equipment in production
• Support the achievement of capabilities (MSA)
• Ensure measurement traceability
• Understand GD&T dimensioning
• Train and support colleagues on measurement equipment
• Participate in the improvement of measurement processes
• Provide support for FSTR files
• Establish and standardise measurement programmes on: Keyence / Hexagon / Vertex
• Analyse errors related to measurement programmes
• Order measuring tools (gauge blocks, ring gauges, etc.)
• Insert new measuring tools into the GMS database
• Provide expertise during analysis of unidentified issues
• Higher technical education (technical school, ES, BTS or equivalent)
• Quality assurance certification (TQ1); specialisation in metrology is an advantage
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment, ideally in the watchmaking sector
• Excellent command of automatic and manual measuring equipment
• Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Good command of common IT tools, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Analytical mindset, rigour and quality orientation

Very good knowledge of French and/or German with knowledge of the other language; knowledge of English is an advantage.
