Job description

Espace de vie SA is an institution managing the medico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These respectively accommodate 91 and 84 residents. Approximately 100 employees are engaged per institution.

To complete the care team at EMS Saint-Loup, we are looking for:

A 90% Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)

Mission and responsibilities:

In service of the institutional project, the person is responsible for providing residents with personalised care of a preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative nature, adapted to their physical and mental condition. They participate, through their skills, in the care and support process defined with the resident and, where appropriate, their relatives, the therapeutic representative, the attending physician and the multidisciplinary team.

Profile sought

Qualifications and skills:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience desired in geriatrics, psycho-geriatrics and palliative care
• Spoken and written French language
• Knowledge of IT and Sadies care software
• Good adaptability
• Availability, flexibility
• Very good analytical and reflective ability
• Strong sense of responsibility and service organisation
• Rigor, constructive spirit and interdisciplinary cooperation
