Job Description

• Professional nursing and care of orthopedic, surgical, and urological patients
• Ensuring nursing quality by implementing the respective standards and guidelines
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the team with other persons and professional groups involved in the nursing process 
• Conducts recruitment procedures for trainee health professionals
• Conducts learning support or PIL at least once a month per trainee/student
• Responsible for the reference person plan of the trainees
• Regularly checks the learning journal and provides corrections
• Responsible for scheduling the vocational school (ÜK) in the duty roster
• Regularly conducts the following meetings: structured discussion, education report
• Ensures the correct implementation of existing competencies
• Demands and promotes the learning process of trainees/students
• Ensures correct information flow between school, vocational training office, and the company
• Responsible for interns and their corresponding planning
• Responsible for training and further education
• Decides, in consultation with the department management, on necessary steps and measures to ensure the mentioned tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications

• Diploma in nursing HF recognized in Switzerland
• Current professional experience in the acute somatic field
• Completed SVEB 1 further education
• Experience in supervising FaGe trainees and HF students
• Willingness to participate in nursing
• Flexibility and motivation to work in a team
• Very good oral and written German skills
• IT skills (Word, Excel, Polypoint)
