Electrician with Leadership Experience for Modern Production
Tasks
- Control production: Independently lead, operate, and monitor the sawing line and production facilities
- Coordinate team: Lead employees, plan deployments and tasks
- Keep an eye on the process: Monitor plant performance, availability, product quality, and delivery dates
- Get actively involved: Hands-on support during malfunctions, optimisations, planned revisions, and maintenance
- Leadership support: Assist and deputise for the production manager
Requirements
- Completed technical training, preferably as an automation technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, polymechanic, or comparable qualification
- Experience in a production company, ideally in the wood, paper, or manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering, controls, sensors, and automation technology
- Experience in staff management or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
