Recyclist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are responsible for incoming goods inspections, material determinations and analyses

• You receive and assist customers, suppliers and drivers on site

• You handle the cash register accounting according to specifications and manage the petty cash

• You perform various administrative tasks such as daily closings, inventory management, etc.

• You coordinate and document outgoing goods

• You maintain telephone customer contact

• You work closely with sales, scheduling and administration

• You process, sort and appraise incoming scrap metals and recycling materials

• You operate various machines and equipment (handling equipment, forklift, cable granulation plant, alligator shear, cable slitting machine, etc.)

• You organise resources and monitor technical processes in the company

• You supervise and ensure compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations

• You assist with the preparation of inventory and stock lists

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the recycling sector

• Knowledge of metals and recyclable materials

• Good IT skills are essential

• Forklift licence and at least driving licence category F are essential

• Experience with handling equipment is an advantage

• Technical understanding as well as manual dexterity

• Neat and customer-oriented appearance

• Very good German language skills

• Teamwork skills and high safety awareness
