Land Register and Commercial Register Inspectorate | 40% | Chur
The Land Register and Commercial Register Inspectorate manages the commercial register for the Canton of Graubünden, is the cantonal authority responsible for issuing permits for the purchase of land by foreigners, for rural land law, and also supervises the land register offices in the Canton of Graubünden.
To strengthen our commercial register team, we are looking for an officer to be appointed from a date to be agreed.

Tasks
- Independent processing of cases in the specialist area of the commercial register
- Carrying out related administrative tasks
- Providing written and telephone information to our users
- Reception and personal advice at the counter for users
What we expect from you
- Completed basic commercial training or equivalent education
- Enjoyment and interest in legal matters
- Aptitude for user contact and tact
- Ability to express yourself orally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Familiarity with the most common IT tools
- Good knowledge of Italian is desirable but not a requirement
