Employee*in Care & Support 50-60%
Your Tasks
- Care and support of people with cognitive and multiple disabilities in the residential and leisure areas
- Health care and basic care of partly physically impaired people
- Responsibility as a contact person for one to two clients
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
- Taking over weekend, holiday, and split shifts
We expect from you
- You have one of the following qualifying degrees: FaBe or FaGe EFZ, Health and Social Assistant, SRK Nursing Assistant or comparable
- You maintain open communication and actively contribute to the team
- Client-centered action, flexibility, and tolerance are qualities that are natural to you
- You are resilient, flexible, and have good physical condition
- Irregular working hours do not bother you (no night shifts)
- You have good PC user skills and complete your profile with a car driving license
