As a Process Engineer Mass & Nougat Making, you are responsible for the performance of our production lines. With technical know-how, data and a pronounced hands-on mentality, you ensure that processes run stably, losses are sustainably eliminated and our teams improve every day.

Your contribution

You…

• are responsible for line efficiency and analyse losses daily.
• define the top 3 losses, initiate effective measures together with the core team and manage the operational plan.
• set centrelines, optimise process parameters and ensure their sustainable compliance.
• conduct error and root cause analyses, develop new standards and sustainably eliminate chronic losses.
• coach operators and shift leaders directly at the plant and convey the connection between settings and line performance.
• lead SMED workshops as well as smaller projects to reduce setup and cleaning times.
• work closely with production, engineering, quality, safety and BD&E and actively contribute to the Focused Improvement (FI) pillar.

What you need to bring

the desire to do something for your future and accelerate your career. You bring experience and knowledge in:

• studies in food science or mechanical engineering with industry experience or basic mechanical training with advanced professional examination and several years of professional experience in the food industry.
• very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least B2).
• experience with Lean, TPM or continuous improvement methods in a production environment.
• routine in handling production data as well as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate and Excel.
• analytical thinking, communication skills and enjoyment in coaching people.
• hands-on mentality, initiative and the ambition to sustainably improve processes.
