- You accompany our people with dementia in a resource- and relationship-oriented manner throughout the day. You organize individual care and provide professional support
- You are the contact person for our relatives and offer them support
- You take on daily responsibility and are responsible for carrying out daily care, medical visits, and care documentation (RAI LTCF)
- You enjoy working in a well-coordinated team, are flexible, and like to share your knowledge with others
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a health professional (FaGe, FaBe, DN1, FASRK, elderly care worker)
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Empathy, patience, and initiative
- Communication skills, team-oriented
