What to expect with us

• Increase plant reliability through systematic fault analyses and sustainable technical optimizations
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, repair and improvement measures including machine overhauls
• Development and implementation of preventive as well as condition-based maintenance strategies
• Management of demanding engineering and CAPEX projects – from the idea to successful commissioning
• Responsibility for deadlines, budget, quality and risk management as well as coordination of interdisciplinary teams and external partners
• Active participation in safety, compliance and continuous improvement processes in close cooperation with production and process engineering

What you bring with you

• Completed technical basic training with further education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Several years of experience in maintenance, engineering or technical project management
• Practical experience with technical standards, plant modernizations and investment projects (CAPEX)
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced quality and safety awareness
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different departments
