Specialist: Internal Sales
(80% - 100%)
In this hub function, you ensure smooth administrative order processing of our construction machinery. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to our overall success.
Your tasks
- Quotation and contract creation: preparing and sending contracts and order confirmations as well as active follow-up
- Order completion: invoicing including financing of machines and accessories
- Recording goods receipt and maintaining master data in the ERP system
- Checking and coding supplier invoices
- Handling export formalities in cooperation with freight forwarders and Avesco freight manager
- Substituting colleagues in the team
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in a comparable role in internal sales is an advantage
- Reliable, efficient and customer-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in interacting with various people in the hub function
- Team player and helpful
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Confident German; French and/or English is an advantage
