We are looking for you as a Regulatory Audit Assistant in Zurich starting 1 September 2026
The opportunity: Your next adventure awaits
From day one, you will work in a team with experienced colleagues and be in direct contact with our clients in Asset Management and Banking. In our globally connected environment, you will continuously develop your technical know-how and soft skills through targeted coaching.
As a Regulatory Audit Assistant at EY, you will build solid regulatory knowledge and gain insights into our innovative audit approach as well as modern, technology-supported audit tools.
Your main tasks
- In supervisory audits, you will examine the area of market conduct and deal with topics such as insider trading, market manipulation and market abuse
- You will conduct special audits at participants of the Swiss Exchange SIX Swiss Exchange AG
- You will verify the investment performance of asset managers according to the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
- You will analyse trading data using state-of-the-art data analytics tools, contribute to process audits and reporting, and deepen your knowledge in the areas of trading and portfolio management
- You will benefit from diverse training opportunities through courses in auditing, supervisory law and financial markets
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (university or university of applied sciences) in economics
- A high level of discipline and perseverance, e.g. for further training to become a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Integrity, team spirit and a respectful approach are among your core values
- Flexibility as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Strong analytical understanding and advanced digital skills, especially in data analysis
- Enjoyment in dealing with other people – both in direct contact with our clients and within the team
- Interest in business models and core processes of banks and other financial service providers, especially in trading and portfolio management
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are a plus
