Your tasks
- Performing care tasks, recognizing the existing resources of the clients and supporting health promotion according to the instructions of the responsible nursing professional
- Household management taking into account the instructions of the clients or the responsible specialist
- Preparing meals according to the family, cultural and economic conditions of the client
- Material-appropriate and environmentally conscious care of laundry, clothes and shoes
- Correctly recording activities in the Perigon documentation
- Detecting changes and forwarding them to the responsible nursing professional
What you bring with you
- You have training as an SRK Care Assistant
- Professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
- You have your own car and live in the region
