What you will do with us
- Analysis of performance losses in our production facilities and corresponding identification of optimization potential
- Development/implementation of optimizations of production facilities through modifications or reprogramming
- Further development of standards such as setting regulations, maintenance plans, maintenance documentation, etc.
- Link between technology and production as well as project management for the development of solutions to increase the performance of existing and new production facilities
- Support during the early phases of new production facilities, especially commissioning and start-up
- Support the troubleshooting service with recurring and complicated malfunctions (fine adjustments) to ensure knowledge transfer to the mechanics team
- Close collaboration with internal maintenance technicians and machine suppliers
- Gathering inputs from repair and revision work, recognizing needs and defining necessary measures
When you fit with us
- Professional experience as a maintenance technician
- Experience as a service engineer in troubleshooting is an advantage
- Completed studies (FH) in mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance/service
- Excellent technical understanding (deep knowledge of mechanics, manufacturing, pneumatics, and hydraulics)
- High sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality
- Communicative team player, flexible and resilient
- Systematic working method
- Experience with maintenance planning systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and problem-solving tools (Root Cause Analysis) is an advantage
- CAD knowledge (Solidworks or similar) is an advantage
- Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
