Cleaning Supervisor (a) 100 %- Coordinates and monitors all cleaning activities, organises, oversees and participates in them
- Overall management of their unit in compliance with internal and external company standards and rules
- Responsibility for customer service and optimal execution of services
- Supervises employees to ensure they perform the agreed services with the client, respecting instructions and the legal framework
- Optimal use of internal and external resources necessary for service delivery
- Quality control and conducting internal audits with clients
- Ordering equipment and planning interventions as well as schedules
- Ensures appropriate and optimal use of subcontractors
- Controls, manages and monitors budgets
- Analyses the activity of their teams and identifies deviations (work hours control)
- Ensures invoicing complies with services provided
- Replaces their hierarchical superior in case of absence
- Federal VET Diploma in the cleaning sector (cleaning agent, operations agent or equivalent), an advantage
- Continuing education in the cleaning field
- Proven experience in team management
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and maintenance activities
- Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an advantage)
- Proficient in IT tools (MS Office)
- Driving licence, clean criminal record
- Service-oriented, well organised and communicative
- Autonomous, proactive, organised
