Line Leader: Production Snacks and Ingredients
Responsibilities
- Operation, monitoring, and adjustment of assigned equipment and machines (OEE targets) as well as contributing optimisation ideas
- Ensuring quality control of packaged products and containers
- Compliance with all control points on assigned equipment, hygiene regulations, and production processes
- Cleaning tasks and assistance during maintenance
- Execution of orders and feedback via SAP
Requirements
- Basic training in the food sector or technical field (for example, food technologist, baker, confectioner, butcher, as well as mechanic, printer, paper technologist)
- Technical understanding and experience with modern plant control systems as well as SAP and MES systems are advantageous
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- No formal training but lots of experience? With good suitability and performance, we support career changers in vocational training as food practitioner EBA or food technologist EFZ
