What is my role?

• Leadership and further development of the team in the field of electrical and automation engineering

• Planning of personnel capacities, coordination of interfaces as well as ensuring timely and reliable project execution

• Continuous optimisation of processes and standards together with the team as well as implementation of practical improvement measures

• Independent management of projects with appropriate capacity

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (HF/FH) or degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in leading teams or managing demanding technical projects with pronounced leadership responsibility

• Sound technical understanding as well as the ability to analyse complex contexts and develop practical solutions

• Structured, entrepreneurial working style as well as strong communication and coordination skills

• High affinity for new technologies and their targeted integration into existing processes and applications
