Backoffice Sales Specialist B2B (with French skills) (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for order processing of the B2B resellers assigned to the team and ensure that the right products, at the right price, in the right quantity, are delivered to the right place.

• You handle department-specific administrative tasks such as maintaining "end of life" items, processing cancellation requests, handling order blocks, etc., and respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery dates and product availability.

• In your new role, you are also the central hub between sales and other internal departments, manufacturers, and customers.

• You actively support us in process optimizations (e.g., integration of artificial intelligence) to increase profitability and efficiency.

What You Bring

• You have a commercial education or a retail diploma with further training in the commercial field.

• Professional experience in a similar role.

• You are used to working independently and process-oriented and have a strong customer focus.

• You are a proactive, goal-oriented, and persuasive personality with a friendly and competent demeanor and good communication skills.

• You have very good German and French skills and basic knowledge of English.
