Our Client Channels Team develops the digital touchpoints of Zürcher Kantonalbank, enabling millions of interactions daily. Are you interested in digital opening processes and want to actively shape processes and applications? As a Product Owner, you take responsibility for the professional development of a strategically important and complex environment for digital opening processes. You connect business needs with technological implementation, prioritize requirements, and accompany features from the idea to successful launch.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the professional elaboration, specification, and prioritization of requirements, features, and user stories in close collaboration with the Agile team
- Ensuring that requirements are clearly described, coordinated, and ready for implementation within the team
- Prioritizing and maintaining the team backlog according to the needs of the business, users, and customers
- Managing the ongoing flow of requirements in close cooperation with product management, stakeholders, and the Agile team
- Representing the team's professional concerns in cross-functional planning and coordination formats and early coordination of dependencies with other teams
- Professional responsibility for one or more applications or solutions in the CLM environment throughout the entire lifecycle
- Accompanying features during implementation, responsibility for their professional acceptance, and ensuring the involvement of relevant stakeholders
- Analyzing the usage and effectiveness of applications and processes, deriving improvement measures, and planning minor optimizations
Your profile
- University or technical college degree in business administration, business informatics, banking & finance, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Engineer, or in a comparable interface function between business and IT
- Very good knowledge of agile working and project methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and confident handling of backlogs and prioritization
- Solid knowledge in the area of digital opening processes, especially in finance and the associated value flows
- Knowledge of professional and procedural issues along the customer lifecycle, for example in onboarding, KYC, review, or mutation processes
- Analytical and conceptual skills and a strong affinity for digital processes and applications
- Excellent communication skills in German as well as a convincing, confident presence
