As an aspiring sales star, you independently carry out cross- and upselling activities and keep customers updated on product updates. You are the main contact person for our customers throughout Switzerland, handling various customer inquiries with charm and always solution-oriented, ensuring customer satisfaction as the "SPoC". In Sales Management, you will be responsible for the following tasks (50%): 

• You identify potential new customers and approach them targetedly
• You support our demanding prospects and customers during the sales phase up to contract conclusion
• You develop suitable acquisition presentations and offers, confidently present them to potential customers in Romandy and German-speaking Switzerland, guide prospects safely through price negotiations, and successfully close contracts
• You support the sales team in market development

• As a committed Customer Success Manager, you understand your customers' needs, advise them on the latest updates, and can offer them the optimal product solutions
• You identify cross- and upselling opportunities with our demanding customers and accompany them through to implementation
• You maintain relationships with existing accounts and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for our customers
• You handle the daily incoming inquiries from prospects and customers and other administrative tasks in daily business.

You

• You have completed commercial training and ideally have 3-5 years of experience in online sales or customer success, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. We also gladly consider applications from motivated talents who already have practical experience and want to develop further in a dynamic environment alongside their studies.
• You speak fluent French and have very good German skills (Swiss German)
• You actively listen to customers and are articulate, communicating confidently, openly, and appropriately for the target audience
• You bring a high level of quality and performance awareness, and your structured and effective demeanor convinces just as much as your closing strength in sales
• You have perseverance and an entrepreneurial mindset, bring a lot of motivation, are ambitious, and want to make a difference and develop professionally
