Your area of responsibility
In this versatile activity with design possibilities in an exciting dual role, you are the competent and friendly contact person for our customers in the Limmattal shop.
Shop:
Consultation at the counter for our wall and floor coverings (ceramics, parquet, and accessories)
Acceptance and processing of orders as well as competent support in material selection
Active co-design of the shop assortment in cooperation with the shop manager and category management
Implementation of sales activities and support with promotions
Hub in internal sales, close cooperation with field sales, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse
Internal Sales:
Assistance in internal sales during bottlenecks or holiday cover
Receiving customer calls, recording orders
Monitoring the entire order process – from order entry to delivery
Occasional preparation of offers for auxiliary materials / accessories
Your profile
Completed vocational training EFZ, ideally as a tiler or in the construction industry
First experience or a strong affinity for ceramic tiles
Winning, service-oriented, and motivated personality
Enjoyment in contact with people
Interest in switching from manual work to the administrative area
Independent working
Good PC user skills are an advantage but not a must
Willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems and promote success in the team
