About the job
Do you want to take on technical responsibility and create real added value for our customers? In this role, you will strategically design and develop the central voice and contact center infrastructure – from planning innovative communication solutions to the successful implementation and integration of new applications.
- Technical responsibility and strategic further development of the central voice and contact center infrastructure (Avaya Aura, Avaya Contact Center, samwin)
- Planning, conception, and realization of complex telecommunications projects including integration of new applications and system migrations
- Ensuring stable operation, scalability, and security of communication systems
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex incidents (third-level support), including coordination with manufacturers and external partners
- Consulting and supporting management and departments in all voice/UC matters
- Development and enforcement of standards, guidelines, and processes in the voice/UC environment Coaching and professional support of team colleagues
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation, operating manuals, and knowledge base articles
- Performing on-call duty
- Degree in computer science/telecommunications (FH/HF) or equivalent qualification; preferably with specialized certifications (e.g., Avaya, CCNP Collaboration, Microsoft, ...)
- Several years of proven professional experience in design, operation, and support of Avaya Aura platforms and contact center solutions (technical leadership responsibility is an advantage)
- Very good knowledge in the area of Voice-over-IP (VoIP), SIP, network architectures, security, and integration into unified communication environments
- Experience with complex migration and integration projects, also in the enterprise environment
- Independent, structured working style, high initiative, and strong analytical skills
- Communicative personality with enjoyment of teamwork and direct customer contact
- Native German speaker with fluent English skills
