Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d), 100%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a quality assurance employee to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Ensuring consistently high product quality in our production
• Release responsibility and series monitoring of manufactured parts according to the four-eyes principle
• Programming and operation of the 3D coordinate measuring machine (Mitutoyo) as well as the contour measuring device (ConturoMatic)
• Responsibility for monitoring, managing and calibrating measuring and testing equipment
• Support in assessing and processing internal quality deviations
• Communication of measurement results to the production team of Mosmatic Corporation (USA)
• Leading and participating in quality-relevant projects
• Deputising in goods receipt: checking identity, quantity and quality of incoming goods according to the inspection plan

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or an equivalent technical basic training
• Further training as a quality specialist is an advantage
• Professional experience in production metrology or quality assurance in an industrial environment
• Strong quality awareness as well as an independent, reliable and precise way of working
• High flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
