Compliance Officer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Monitoring compliance with the Due Diligence Act and Ordinance

• Ensuring and implementing reporting for AIA/FATCA/AStA and Tax Compliance

• Monitoring compliance with the ISG (including OFAC) and corresponding internal instructions and processes

• Ensuring data protection / GDPR requirements, implementing and executing corresponding processes

• Advising and supporting client-managing persons regarding due diligence legislation

• Deputising for the Chief Compliance Officer / Due Diligence Officer at SEDES

• "Sparring partner" in the compliance team for professional assessment of compliance-relevant matters

• Tasks in the areas of contract management, instruction management and training

• Participation in projects in the compliance area

What do I need to be successful?

• Degree in law/business administration or training as a compliance officer

• Professional experience as a compliance officer in the fiduciary sector

• Knowledge of current legal regulations

• Reliable working style as well as proven organisational skills

• Independent, self-reliant and solution-oriented approach as well as enjoyment of collaboration within the company
