Skilled Worker Production FlowFit 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You actively work in the 3-shift operation of our FlowFit production and, together with a second skilled worker, take on the professional leadership of the team. You support 4 to 5 employees in daily production and act as a link between production and service providers. In the event of major disruptions, you coordinate the measures. In addition, you ensure the operational readiness of the injection moulding machines and assembly systems as well as compliance with quality standards. This specifically includes:

• Ensuring the operational readiness of machines and systems by immediate troubleshooting

• Immediate reporting of material defects, processing errors, deficiencies in work documents, tools, operating resources and safety-related defects to the supervisor

• Operation of the production data acquisition system (BDE) as well as the quality assurance system CQC

• Carrying out periodic maintenance work according to the TPM checklist

• Ensuring order and cleanliness according to 5S in the assigned area of responsibility

• Contributing improvement suggestions within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

What do I need to be successful?

You have a technical apprenticeship/vocational training and are interested in leading employees. Ideally, you already have experience in a comparable role. In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:

• Knowledge of injection moulding technology

• Experience in 3-shift operation as well as flexibility and willingness for special deployments

• Willingness to take responsibility for the team and the ongoing production process as well as mutual representation within the skilled worker team

• High quality awareness and consistent adherence to quality standards

• Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, independence, initiative, resilience and loyalty

• Good PC/IT skills as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form
