Mandate Manager Fiduciary / Deputy Team Leader, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You independently handle the client accounting as well as payroll accounting of your clients
• In addition, you prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of your clients
• The preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons also belongs to your versatile range of tasks
• Participation in the area of audits rounds off your demanding field of work
• In the absence of the team leader, you take over the management and coordination of the established team
• In the future, there is the possibility to take over the site management
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have in-depth experience in fiduciary services
• Furthermore, you are a certified fiduciary expert or have completed a professional certificate in fiduciary or financial and accounting services
• Professional experience in mandate management is essential for this role
