Make everyday life a highlight – as part of our Culture & Everyday Life Bern Center team, you will create a varied and meaningful daily life together with your colleagues for our residents. Depending on your workload or job sharing, you will be involved in the Domicil Ahornweg and Domicil Steigerhubel houses.
You independently plan, organize, and lead group and individual activities, document your assignments, and support the planning and implementation of events, celebrations, and special programs. In the team, you develop new, creative offers that are oriented towards the needs and resources of our residents.
Your assignments usually take place from Monday to Friday. On special occasions, you may occasionally be involved in the evening or on weekends.
Through job sharing, areas of deployment, locations, and responsibilities can be distributed according to your personal resources.
- Completed training as an activation specialist HF or in life and everyday design, activation, sociocultural animation, or a comparable field
- Very good German skills (spoken and written) as well as confident IT user skills
- Empathetic, reliable, and resilient personality with strong communication skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and a sense of humor that you like to bring into your daily work
- Appreciative and respectful interaction with residents and employees
- Independent working style combined with a sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- 5 weeks of vacation, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
