To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Restaurants Operations Manager 100% (m/f/d) starting January 2026 or by arrangement
Your extensive main responsibilities include, among others:
- Management and smooth organization of all F&B areas (restaurants, bars, catering, room service)
- Monitoring daily operations and optimally coordinating F&B departments
- Ensuring high quality of food, beverages, and guest service
- Active participation in daily business and support of teams during events or peak times
- Interface between F&B management and operational teams – clear communication and implementation of guidelines
- Leadership, motivation, and coaching of the F&B team
- Conducting training and further education according to hotel standards
- Leading performance evaluations and feedback discussions
- Being a role model – with empathy, leadership strength, and hands-on mentality
- Co-responsibility for budget and cost control
- Analyzing sales figures, identifying savings potentials, and increasing profitability
- Meeting financial goals and KPIs
- Monitoring hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Conducting regular inspections and audits
- Creating work instructions and SOPs
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and providing first-class service
- Handling complaints professionally and finding solutions
- Actively collecting guest feedback and improving the offer
Your profile:
- Completed studies in hotel management, gastronomy, or comparable education
- Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a leadership position (e.g., restaurant manager or F&B manager)
- Comprehensive knowledge in F&B operations, guest amazement, and personnel development
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
- High problem-solving ability and resilience – even under pressure
- Service-oriented, structured, and customer-focused working style
- Hands-on mentality and active participation in daily business
- Very good computer skills (MS Office 365, Micros Symphony, Opera)
- Fluent German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
