These are your tasks
- You actively shape the implementation of our educational mandate and contribute your ideas
- You plan, accompany and evaluate the educational processes of our apprentices and students according to the training plan and learning objectives
- You support apprentices and students in challenging situations – both professionally and personally – especially in dealing with medical conditions and crisis situations
- You participate in the further development of our educational concept, both on the ward and hospital-wide
This is what you bring with you
- You have a diploma as a registered nurse HF/FH and professional experience in a Swiss healthcare institution
- You already hold the trainer course as well as the SVEB certificate (level 1) or are motivated to acquire these qualifications promptly
- Your working style is characterised by a responsible, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for training young people
- You are a communicative team player and are very keen to jointly further develop the quality of care and the learning culture in our acute geriatrics
