Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the professional handling and implementation of the customer projects assigned to you, including compliance with time, cost, and quality targets
- Coordination and deployment planning of technicians to ensure smooth project progress
- Main contact person for our customers and partners – from the first inquiry through order placement to successful project completion
- Maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships as well as active customer support throughout the entire project duration
- Technical consulting and order processing in the field of access control systems, including preparation of offers, active follow-up, and reporting
- Participation in construction meetings with customers, planners, and authorities, including site supervision and status reporting
- Creation and ongoing updating of project-specific documents, such as execution plans, schematics, and other technical documents according to internal process guidelines
- Early detection of risks and deviations in project progress as well as development of solution proposals and corrective measures in coordination with team management
- Ensuring correct recording and further processing of all internal and external service deployments, including project invoicing
- Conclusion of maintenance contracts in close cooperation with internal and external contacts
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in access control technology, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Solid knowledge in electrical engineering or electronics as well as confident handling of the MS Office suite
- Expertise in access control systems; knowledge of Honeywell products is an advantage
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; French and English skills are a plus
- Valid category B driving license
- Sense of responsibility, independent and precise working style, and high reliability
- Strong customer and service orientation, professional appearance, and good manners
- Communication and negotiation skills as well as confident demeanor and assertiveness
- High quality awareness, organizational skills, and pronounced teamwork ability
- Ability to act calmly and solution-oriented even in dynamic or stressful situations
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in criminal or debt registers)
