Tasks
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Handle incoming calls and address guest inquiries overnight.
- Oversee billing, cash management, and restaurant reconciliations.
Skills
- Night shift readiness; financial accounting basics preferred.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Protel hotel software.

About the job
Your main tasks:
- Guest reception and guest care, including check-in and check-out
- Acceptance and processing of incoming phone calls
- Contact person for guests during the night
- Control and processing of waiter accounts
- Invoice processing and cash management
- Control of daily sales in Protel including daily closing
- Preparation of the reception for the next morning
- Various cleaning and control tasks (lobby, restaurant, seminar rooms, security-relevant areas)
- Regular inspection rounds throughout the hotel complex
- Forwarding important information and incidents to the early shift
- Preparation of the breakfast buffet
Your profile
- Willingness to work at night
- Quality awareness, reliability, flexibility, and resilience
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting
- Confident German and English in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office programs, experience with hotel software Protel is an advantage
